TRIBOS DE BAIXA CATEGORIA
Existem tribos que além de não colaborar em nada com a sociedade
ainda atrapalham aqueles que realmente produzem, o exemplo típico do governo brasileiro, cobrando taxas e impostos excessivos por tudo o que fazemos, nos induz até a não trabalhar honesta e legalmente, pois a tudo é cobrado um preço alto.
Cópia ou não as favelas de beira de estrada, atualmente designadas como "COMUNIDADES", (por falar nisso por que não mais favelas?), não pagam IPTU, pois moram em casebres até mesmo casas mas em terreno doado, invadido, etc, comportam-se do mesmo jeito nunca pagaram nem vão pagar um centavo de impostos, não tem carro e ainda invadem as rodovias com obstáculos na pista, (lombadas), com as finalidades escusas de:
1- Faturar um trocado com a parada dos carros passantes, que ao terem que diminuir a marcha e até parar, nas lombadas, uma a cada 30 metros em determinados trechos, assim mostram produtos à venda, que, se fosse vendido na W3 ou na Av. Paulista seriam presos pela fiscalização, que no interior não os incomoda. Vendem frutas, Tucupi, (produto da filtração da mandioca prensada, portanto alimento perecível, pois azeda, sem controle nenhum).
2- Roubo de pertences e peças de veículos acidentados nas referidas lombadas, não tentem me constestar pois assisti a um ato destes eles se reúnem correndo assim que acontece o acidente, não ajudam as vítimas e apenas aguardam a saída dos ocupantes para começar um saque, numa disputa atônita para ver que consegue levar os melhores pertences, radios, TV, bolsas, o que tiver disponivel.
As lombadas são um obstáculo que contraria o direito do cidadão, podem conferir a Constituição Federal!
3- Permitir que a molecada da favela possa brincar tranquilamente na pista que os proprietários de veiculos automotores, atravez do IPVA, que este povo efetivamente não paga, pagou para fazer e manter em perfeitas condições de uso, assim a molecada solta pipa, que fere pedestres, ciclistas e motociclistas, aprende e anda de bicicleta na pista, pois é um local mais apropriado, liso e livre, onde os veículos anda a baixa velocidade. Tambem permite que os bebuns de plantão andem tranquilamente pela rodovia como se fosse o quintal da casa dele e, a baixa velocidade motoristas podem desviar deles com mais facilidade.
4- Se nada disto der certo, tem ainda apossibilidade de se ganhar um extra
assaltando os veículos com maior facilidade, eu tambem quase fui assaltado em uma destas em "Ponte dos Carvalhos(PE)", na BR-101. O bandido chegou a atirar contra mim mas acelerei e FUI!...
Dado o exposto eu gostaria de saber se alguém já viu alguma lombada salvar a vida de alguém, proteger alguém contra qualquer coisa, pois pelo que sei estes obstáculos colocados nas rodovias, por gente de mau caráter e com más intenções só nos faz perder tempo e desgasta todos os veículos, pois são usados freios, pneus, gasolina na retomada de velocidade etc, além de, a noite causar inúmeros acidentes, basta ver os arranhões nos obstáculos. Sei de um caso na estrada que liga Belém a Salinas em que uma família inteira morreu na capotagem de uma van, por culpa de uma lombada.
Alo SETRAN, DINIT, onde estão voces e a Patrulha Rodoviária Federal, que, conivente com esta gente permitem a instalação destes obstáculos na via de acesso estadual e federal? Afinal também os cidadãos de bem, estes que possuem CPF, pagam impostos etc., também possuem direitos humanos!...
